• A Complete service/overhaul is recommended for mechanical watches, automatic and manual wind every 5-6 Years. The overhaul process cleans away dirt and old lubricants, After applying the new lubrication the watch is restored to perfect time keeping condition. Our Certified watchmaker takes extreme care in every stage of this highly technical, lengthy process.

• Once a watch is taken in and before any service is performed, we provide an estimate of service costs for labor and replacement parts. All estimates, unless otherwise stated, will be provided within 1-2 days upon arrival of the timepiece via the customer's preferred method of contact (email or Phone call).

• We begin with the removal of the movement from the case, with the movement removed, the dial and hands can be removed and properly stored to prevent any damage. All movement parts are ultrasonically pre-cleaned, and then inspected for any signs of wear or damage. Worn parts are replaced and any adjustments are made prior to a final cleaning.

• All movement parts are then assembled and lubricated with High grade swiss lubricants and oils during the reassembly process. Once your watch has been reassembled, it is thoroughly tested according to manufacturer's watch service standards, and will be tested for 48-72 hours to assure accuracy, water resistance, and proper operation.
